My name is Michael Laughlin and I'm Canada's First and only above knee amputated full time firefighter. At Limb Loss Fitness I will show you how to exercise properly and efficiently and eat healthy while counting your macros and calories. I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

I will also dial into your Macros which is your Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats and have you log them into an app to keep a close eye on your daily intake. I'll help build you custom meal plan for you to follow and give you help with your food choices including a grocery list.
